By accessing RefOpen's online learning platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
RefOpen provides an online learning platform offering professional courses, training programs, and educational content in various fields including technology, business, and career development.
To access courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
You agree to:
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Upon payment, you receive access to enrolled courses for the subscription period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses with notice.
All course content, materials, and platform features are owned by RefOpen and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
Certificates are issued upon course completion. Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute professional accreditation unless specifically stated.
Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if no courses have been accessed. After 7 days or course access, fees are non-refundable.
RefOpen is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or course content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
